EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & COACHING

As Daniel Goleman, author of ‘Working with Emotional Intelligence’, points out in his book, 80-95% of success at work depends on your EQ, not your IQ, and many organisations have recognised this and embedded EI competencies into their leadership competency and development frameworks.

Sea Change can provide programmes that offer delegates an opportunity to reflect on their attitudes to themselves, their work, and their colleagues. We can help them to develop strategies and techniques for building the emotional intelligence attributes of: positivity; motivation; persistence; empathy; and emotional awareness and self-management.
